Professional. Institutional. Global.
Gold World Exchange connects serious, pre‑vetted gold buyers and sellers in a single, secure and transparent marketplace. Every participant undergoes rigorous KYC, due diligence, and verification—so you can transact with confidence at institutional scale.
Gold World Exchange is a curated platform built for institutional buyers, sellers, and intermediaries in the physical gold market. Our mission is to remove uncertainty and wasted time by connecting only verified, credible counterparties who are ready and able to transact.
We are focused on:
– A growing network of vetted participants across major gold markets worldwide.
We believe in leveraging technology to drive positive change while minimizing our ecological footprint.
– Documented processes, clear rules, and transparent communication.
– Designed for sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors, refineries, and established trading firms.
Gold World Exchange is not a public listing board. It is a curated, verification‑first marketplace. Here’s how it works:
Buyers and sellers submit an application to be listed on the Gold World Exchange platform, including company details, jurisdiction, key principals, and transaction profile.

We conduct institutional‑grade Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) checks. This includes identity verification, sanctions and AML screening, and beneficial ownership review.

We review past transactions, proof of funds (for buyers) or proof of product/capacity (for sellers), references, and overall professionalism. Applicants must pass our internal “sound test” for seriousness, responsiveness, and credibility.

Approved applicants are listed on Gold World Exchange as Verified Buyers or Verified Sellers. Their profile and capabilities become visible to other verified members.

Our team introduces suitable buyers and sellers, supports information exchange under appropriate NDAs, and helps coordinate the transaction process where requested.

When a transaction is successfully completed through Gold World Exchange, we receive a pre‑agreed commission. If no transaction closes, no commission is due.
Gold World Exchange does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. All participants remain responsible for their own independent due diligence and regulatory compliance.

Trust is the foundation of Gold World Exchange. To protect the integrity of the platform and its members, every buyer and seller undergoes a structured verification process, which may include:
• Full KYC/KYB documentation for entities and key principals
• Corporate registration documents and ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) information
• AML / sanctions screening and PEP checks
• Proof of funds (buyers) and proof of product or capacity (sellers)
• References from reputable financial institutions or trading partners
Review of past transactions, volumes, and relevant history
• A qualitative “sound test” assessing professionalism, communication, and operational readiness
Only counterparties that meet our standards are approved and listed as verified members.
As a verified buyer on Gold World Exchange, you gain:
Access to pre‑vetted sellers with real product and capacity
A curated pipeline of global opportunities that match your size, quality, and jurisdiction preferences
Greater certainty of execution through counterparties who have already passed KYC and due diligence
Optional introductions to logistics, inspection, and secure storage partners in key hubs
As a verified seller, Gold World Exchange helps you:
Connect with qualified buyers who have completed proof‑of‑funds and KYC checks
Reduce time wasted on incomplete, unverified, or unserious inquiries
Enhance your reputation with an independent verification layer and track record profile
Focus on closing real deals instead of chasing unverified leads
Gold World Exchange is designed with institutional standards in mind. We welcome engagement from:
Sovereign wealth funds
Central banks and monetary authorities (subject to policy)
Multilateral institutions and development funds
Large family offices and asset managers
Refineries, bullion banks, and established trading houses
Our focus is on:
Institutional governance – Clear rules of engagement, transparent economics, and conflict‑of‑interest policies.
Global connectivity – A network of vetted participants across multiple jurisdictions.
High‑integrity counterparties – Every member passes our verification and sound‑test process.
We are committed to aligning our operations with global best practices and engaging with leading policy and thought‑leadership communities. As part of our long‑term vision, we aim to build relationships with organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations and other respected international forums.
Note: Mention of any organization does not imply current membership or endorsement.

Every participant is verified before they are introduced to another member. This reduces noise, saves time, and raises the overall quality of potential transactions.

We are built for entities that must answer to boards, governments, and regulators. Documentation, governance, and process matter.

We focus on cross‑border opportunities and help bridge gaps in geography, language, and market know‑how between serious buyers and sellers.

Our revenue is tied to successful transactions closed through Gold World Exchange. We win when you close real, verified deals.
Gold World Exchange is designed for institutional buyers and sellers, refineries, established trading firms, large family offices, and other serious market participants in the physical gold market. We are not a platform for small retail investors.
“Verified” means that a buyer or seller has completed our KYC/KYB process, passed sanctions and AML checks, provided appropriate proof of funds or proof of product, and satisfied our internal sound‑test for professionalism and credibility.
Gold World Exchange primarily acts as a verification‑driven marketplace and facilitator. Depending on jurisdiction and structure, we may work with third‑party custodians, logistics providers, and banks. Specific arrangements are defined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary by transaction and region.
We earn a commission on transactions that are successfully completed through introductions and facilitation by Gold World Exchange. Commission structures are agreed in advance with the relevant parties.
Regulatory requirements depend on the nature of services provided and the jurisdictions involved. We work with professional advisors to understand and comply with relevant regulations. Participants are responsible for obtaining independent legal and regulatory advice in their own jurisdictions.
